Relationship-driven strategies for school transformation.
Burnout is draining joy and learning from classrooms.
By cultivating healthy relationships between adults and young people, we can create a culture of care and support. We can build a community in which everyone can self-advocate, practice self-care, and grow in order to take collective responsibility for the work of building a thriving school community.
Other consultants offer “silver bullet” solutions and ignore the expertise of educators in the room. Too often their ideas are detached from existing school goals and practices.
We offer ongoing, consistent, and long-term support to design and achieve ambitious, realistic, and sustainable goals. Our approach is hands-on and asset-based and intentionally integrated into your current school goals and practices.
